The customer service team (Kina) went above and beyond. There was a minor issue and Kina resolved is quickly, kindly and professionally. I was so impressed with her efforts!! A++++++++++ !!!!

Was bought as a gag gift for my son in law's birthday. He's an avid golfer with a good sense of humor. His birthday isn't until July 17th so he hasn't seen it yet.

Got this as a gift and was not disappointed. The quality was great, and the sack is oddly satisfying to touch. The gift recipient also claims the towel that came with it was great on the coarse, too!
