At CaddySack Golf, we want you to love your purchase and have a great experience both on and off the course. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@caddysackgolf.com.

Because of the nature of our products, we’ll ask for photos of the product and gift box before starting the return process. This helps us make things right quickly.
- If you contact us, AFTER the 7 days of receiving your product, then a restocking fee of $3.75 USD will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A return tracking number must be provided to sales@caddysackgolf.com once the item has been shipped back.
Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must include all parts of the CaddySack product. If anything is missing, a replacement fee may apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
