Eligibility for Returns

• To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@caddysackgolf.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
• We will ask for photos of the product and gift box before beginning the return process. This helps us review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
• If you contact us more than 7 days after receiving your order, a $3.75 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once the return has been shipped, please provide the tracking number to sales@caddysackgolf.com.

Refunds

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returned items must include all parts of the CaddySack product. If components are missing, a replacement fee may apply.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 in Canada and the United States.

CaddySack Golf currently ships to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

United Kingdom shipping does not include British Forces addresses.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
