Is my credit card information secure?

What is the currency used?
Our website uses a currency converter based on your local area. If your currency is not displayed, then USD will be the default currency.

What if I make a mistake on my order?
Should you notice a mistake after your order has been processed, contact us immediately at sales@caddysackgolf.com. There is NO GUARANTEE we can correct a mistake on your order but will try our best.
Is there a limit on the number of CaddySack units that I can order?
In order to provide the most economical shipping rates, order quantities are limited to the following:

Returns
At CaddySack Golf, we want you to love your purchase and have a great experience both on and off the course. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (with your order number clearly stated on the subject line) at sales@caddysackgolf.com

Because of the nature of our products, we’ll ask for photos of the product and gift box before starting the return process. This helps us make things right quickly.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A return tracking number must be provided to sales@caddysackgolf.com once the item has been shipped back.
Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must include all parts of the CaddySack product. If anything is missing, a replacement fee may apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

Free shipping is available on orders over $100.00 in Canada and the USA only.

CaddySack Golf isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have left our warehouse.
What are the shipping rates?
We offer economical flat rate shipping.
International Orders
Customers placing international orders are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and must be paid upon delivery.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected carrier.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our warehouse, CaddySack Golf is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you encounter an issue with your delivery.
